Born in 1996 in Sumgayit.
In 2017, graduated from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction with a degree in Land Reclamation and Water Resources Engineering. From 2018 to 2020, pursued a Master’s degree in Water Resources Management at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences within the scholarship program of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). In addition, successfully completed a professional development course on IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands.
Began professional career in 2020 as a Chief Advisor at Azerbaijan Amelioration and Water Management OJSC. Since 2024, has served as Head of the Science and Innovation Sector within the Strategy, International Cooperation and Science Department of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency. In 2025, was appointed Deputy Head of the same department. Since 2026, has been serving as Deputy Head of the State Control Service for the Use and Protection of Water Resources under the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency.
