Born in 1984 in Baku. In 2005, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Petroleum and Industry. He received his second higher education in Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He started his career in 2007 as an engineer at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan and has worked in various responsible positions. Since 2011, he continued to work at Azersu OJSC and rose to the position of Director of Birleshims Sukanal LLC.
Since 2024, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the State Service for Supervision of the Use and Protection of Water Resources at the State Agency for Water Resources of Azerbaijan.
He is married and has three children.
